Expert base is a multifunctional solution that gives natural nails unprecedented SOLID SUPPORT. It’s a base product for special tasks and the most difficult cases! It is recommended for people whose manicure does not maintain a guaranteed period of time, e.g. people with hormonal problems affecting hybrid adhesion. Product characteristics:
